WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED. You will need the RMA# to complete the Return Authorization form located on the reverse side of your invoice. Shipping: Vioderm orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. The Member agrees that confirmation of delivery by the USPS to the mailing address provided at Sign Up constitutes the Member’s acceptance of the product.
