Trial Information: Register for a 14 day trial. You will receive a full two-month supply of Vioderm, pay only for shipping and handling & the cost of the trial, $6.99. You have 14 days from your sign-up date to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. Alaska and Hawaii residents will have an additional 14 days due to possible delays in shipping. If you enjoy Vioderm, simply do nothing. Your credit card will be charged the low price of $59.99 at the end of your 14 day trial period, 02/21/2012. If you are not pleased with the results of the Trial, just call 888-694-4171 or email service@vioderm.com within 14 days of your sign-up date to cancel your membership and receive instructions to return the remaining portion of the product. Once the order is submitted,your trial shipment cannot be canceled. Trial charges are non refundable.

Active Care Program: When you register for the trial offer, you will also receive a FREE membership in the Active Care Program. That means 45 days from your sign-up date, 03/23/2012, you will be shipped a 2 month's supply of Vioderm Anti-Wrinkle Serum and your credit card will be charged $59.99. You will continue to get a new shipment every 60 days for the club price of $59.99. No commitments, no hassles, cancel anytime.

Taxes: If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you will be charged 7% sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy:

We believe in our Member's complete satisfaction. If you wish to return your Vioderm order, follow these instructions:

Call our Customer Service Team Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST at 888-694-4171 or email us anytime at service@vioderm.com within 14 calendar days of the original order date. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and proper instructions to return the remaining portion of your order.

Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package. Complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice and include it inside your return package.

Members assume the responsibility for postage on all return orders. We recommend getting a tracking number from the Post Office (or shipper) and saving your receipt.REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER. The remaining portion of your Vioderm order will need to be returned. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign-up date, 03/23/2012. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the billing date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee on your recurring shipment. For your security, credit will only be issued to the credit card that was used to sign-up.

NON-TRIAL ORDERS: Customers have 30 days from their order date to contact our customer service team for return instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The product will need to be returned unopened and within 30 days of the RMA request. All orders will be refunded minus shipping and handling. Packages marked refused or return to sender will not be refunded or returned to the customer. The customer does assume the responsibility for the return postage on the product.

Shipping: Vioderm orders will be shipped via Fedex and/or the United States Postal Service. Your package will arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The Member agrees that confirmation of delivery by the Fedex/USPS to the mailing address provided at Sign-up constitutes the Member's acceptance of the product.

Warranty Disclaimer: WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AS WELL AS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the forgoing disclaimer may not apply.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, OR (2) ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the forgoing disclaimer may not apply.

Collections: I agree not to charge back any legitimate orders I place with Vioderm despite if I keep the product after the trial period or past 30 days on recurring shipments. I understand that if I dispute any legitimate charges with my bank or credit card company that Vioderm will send my account to collections. I agree to contact Customer Service to resolve any issues, rather than issue a chargeback with my credit card company.
