What is the ActiveCare Program?

A:

When you placed your Free Trial order you were informed that you are signing up for the auto-ship program, and you were notified of the terms of the Vioderm Active Care Club. During the trial order process it is up to the customer to agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete their trial order. Without agreeing to our terms an order cannot be placed.
Trial customers are notified of their auto-ship program enrollment (PRIOR to their FIRST auto-ship charge) in the THREE following ways:

  1. Terms and conditions as stated during the Order Process.
  2. Automatic order confirmation e-mails reminding customers that they are enrolled in an auto-ship program.
  3. Documentation of auto-ship program which are mailed along with free trial shipments.
