When you placed your Free Trial order you were informed that you are signing up for the auto-ship program, and you were
notified of the terms of the Vioderm Active Care Club. During the Free Trial order process, it is up to the customer to
either; agree to the service and complete the order, or if you don’t agree to the terms, to cancel the order
completely.

Free Trial customers are notified of their auto-ship program enrollment (PRIOR to their FIRST auto-ship charge) in the THREE
following ways:

- Terms and conditions as stated during the Order Process.
- Automatic order confirmation e-mails, reminding customers that they are enrolled in an auto-ship program.
- Documentation of auto-ship program which are mailed along with free trial shipments.
